In response to rising youth marginalization and exclusion across Europe, this project aimed to use sustainability and environmental education as tools for inclusion, engagement and personal development. Organized by the ORA Network, it involved youth workers, NGOs, and young participants, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, across three main international activities: a training course and two youth exchanges.

The project focused on developing and testing practical tools: Gardening, Environmental Education Modules, Environmental Educational Paths, Stop Motion Animation, within a non-formal educational framework based on the ORA method: Observe, Rethink, Act. Each tool was shaped in the training course in Italy and adapted to local contexts and applied during the youth exchanges in Berlin and Blackpool, followed by youth-led local initiatives in all the involved countries.

As a result, the participants produced a final handbook compiling methods, tools and reflections aimed at supporting organizations and educators across Europe. The publication promotes sustainability not only as an environmental value but as a concrete strategy to foster youth inclusion and community development through creative and accessible education.
